Andrea and Jonathan Tied the Knot!

What a cool couple! They were so much fun to work with. Some of you may remember their engagement session shots, which still remain some of my favorite work to date. Well now they have some wedding photos to add to that collection! I’m so honored to have a) shared this day with them, and b) shot their wedding. Rick and I had so much fun — the music was incredible, as was the overall general vibe. They have wonderful families and the church they got married in was not only beautiful but very cozy!

The bride and groom confessed that they were rather nervous for their wedding, so I told them to let off some tension by screaming as loud as they could. They complied, and this happens to be one of my most favorite shots from the whole day! Hah!

Aren’t they just a STUNNING couple?!?

The flower girl was insanely cute. She posed ENDLESSLY for pictures (which made OUR job easy)!

Awwwww, helping out the bride. What a sweet girl!

As they began walking down the aisle, then gave us big smiles! Andrea is so happy!

This church in the Magnolia area of Seattle was sooo gorgeous!

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Anderson!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Anderson!

Another Fun Product Shoot!

Many of you might remember the blog from when we launched this web site on January 1, which was a product shoot. Well, we did yet another product shoot for the wonderful Seattle company, Compendium, which designs/sells/distributes inspirational gifts to retailers. They have some really lovely books, notebooks, wrapping paper, and so on.  Check out their site! www.live-inspired.com

Pathway Medical.

A couple of months ago, I had the opportunity to photograph a big launch party for Pathway Medical. It was held at the Experience Music Project (EMP) building in downtown Seattle. What a treat! It was a wonderful gathering of about 200 employees and guests, as they celebrated a major milestone in their business. I was honored to have been asked to photograph their event!

Anne and Tom!

I really, REALLY love to do engagement shots for couples. It helps us get comfortable with each other before the actual wedding day, therefore almost guaranteeing that the shots will reflect an air of comfort and relaxation in an otherwise hectic day.

Anne and Tom will be getting married this July. We decided to do their engagement photos in the fall instead of the usual “spring” shoot. (Yes, I am very late in posting this!) But I loved this shoot and they were absolute die-hards — we first started at the Seattle Arboretum, then went to Queen Anne Hill, and eventually made our way down to Pike Place Market. Then, on our way back, we did a few more at the Arboretum. They honestly didn’t mind shooting until it was almost dark. What troopers!

I really enjoyed working with them, and I cannot wait for their big day!
